I just want you to let you know how much I appreciate all the help you've given me. Not just this last time. I was really certain we were going to have to start over again on the life insurance. But rather than bother you with a call, I ought to know after all these years to just trust you. You explained that policy so well I felt a little silly for needing to ask. But I suppose that is why you deal with a lot of elderly people. You understand and accept we need a little extra. I remember I pushed back when you wanted to take me off a really good health insurance plan a couple years ago. I was also paying for a separate prescription policy. The rates were going to go up and combined the two policies would have been close to $300 monthly. I've paid less for a car payment - probably in the 70's. HA HA. And you were going to put me on a plan that not only included the prescriptions, but cost nothing per month. That just really freaked me out as a former hippy would say. I'm very suspicious of something that seems too good to be true. Because life experiences have taught us that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! However, when I have the occasion to use it in conversation, I use you as the example of an exception to that rule. I no longer have any reason, whatsoever, to doubt you. I'm very comfortable asking questions. You've made it clear that you want me to understand. But I'll gladly follow your recommendations from now on. Thanking you so very much!
